Placement Cell

Objective:-

To provide competence and skill for the students to "FORTIFY THEMSELVES" and thus to expose their efficiency for a thriving job hunt.

DIST placement cell is having a very dynamic participation in the placement activities which assists the students to be mentally, logically, expressively and physically robust and to stimulate their soft and logical skills so that they can be succeeded in making a break through when ever there is a prospect or opening in the software industry.

This excellence of students can be attained only through frequent and meticulous training provided to them by its placement cell. In the training program, it incorporates the services of the experts in the soft skill field, experts in the professional field, services of the senior placed students, all the faculties of the college and of course the constant hold up from the management makes this training tenure live and successful.

Students are also provided with the classes related to Mathematics, Personality development, Memory management, Interview tips etc which help the students to stimulate themselves and thus to set their aspiration where sky is the limit

In order to motivate and to enhance their self-confidence in their communication area, which we felt most our students must improve, we endow with additional English communication classes habitually. Steps have taken to make the communication strictly in English inside the campus.

We are also very happy to hear that our students who are working in multinational companies has uplifted the fame and the sublime values of our college and has grabbed the best new comer awards in their companies which we think as a honour to the training and placement cell of De Paul institute of Science and Technology.

We have scrutinized the areas in which we have to concentrate more so that the negatives can be identified and to renovate them as their strengths. The weakness of the students can be detected and demolished using various vibrant placement-oriented classes. These classes help to increase their confidence level and can be a fully loaded candidature for the companies.

Our greatest accomplishment is, we are able to consign our students to different companies like Infosys, Wipro, Persistent, HCL, Satyam, UST Global, CTS, Caritor, Mphesis, Igate, IBS, Aryans Infotech, Mphesis, Huawei Technologies, Reliance, Robert Bosch etc. which itself is a testimony for our motto "MAKE A WING TO FLY"
