Grievance Redressal Mechanism is a part of any administration. An organization can claim to be accountable, responsive and accessible only if it has a well-established and effective grievance redress mechanism. It is to measure its efficiency and effectiveness as it provides important feedback on the working of the administration.

Vision

To position DiST as the Institute that assures exemplarary fairness to all its studennts and other stakeholders in all its dealings.

Mission

Through an accessible and effective grievance redressal mechanism ensure fairness in all our dealings which in turn boost the morale and sense of justice of our students.

Objectives

1. To effectively redress all the greavances of the students in best possible way in the fastest track.
2. To suggest Management actions in the areas where greivences are reported repeatedly.
3. To suggest policies/policy changes to the Management which will ensure fairer deals for the students
