School of Management has membership in different professional bodies such as Kerala Management Association(KMA), Confederation of Indian Industries(CII) and National Institute of Personnel Management(NIPM). The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led and industry-managed organization. NIPM is a non¬profit making body devoted for building professional excellence in the field of Human Resource Management through regular activities ranging from Evening Lectures to People Process Quality Certifications. Students organize seminars and participate in different activities initiated by these chapters.

Learning directly from the leaders has always been a prime motto of the School of Management. All the students are given ample opportunities to interact and debate with the elite members of KMA, NIPM and CII. Many industry interactions are organized by the student chapters of these professional bodies.
