Every year third semester students organise study tour to different places outside Kerala. Throughout this visit, students get the opportunity to visit various social work institutions based on their specialisation. In the year 2019-2020 students of social work have visited organisations in Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, Hyderabad and Mysore.

Social Work Students get the opportunity to visit various social work institutions. In each semester students visit at least five agencies to know more about social work settings. As part of social work programme, students have one month internships in the social work settings inside and outside Kerala to knowhow and practical exposure in the field work social work. In the current academic year, MSW 20 batch had completed their one month field practice in the month of March 2022 in various organisations in Kerala.
