The School of Media & Communication had its inception in the year 2012 with the purpose of shaping graduates with a broad range of communication and multimedia production skills, in addition to an in-depth understanding of how multimedia is revolutionizing the current industry. The School has the technical competence and resources to handle varied aspects of Multimedia such as Film & TV Production, Audio, Radio Production, Animation, Graphics, Visual Effects, Acting, Scriptwriting & Direction, Creative Writing, Print& Electronic Journalism. The Faculty consists of a careful pooling of Academicians and Technicians with immense teaching and production experience. The School provides facilities such as fully High Definition cameras, Video & Audio Production Studio fully equipped with high-end editing facilities. The media department is also having Digital Lab with high-end machines for each student.
School of Media and Communication equips aspiring media students to be well-trained media professionals with a responsibility towards society. Media students are molded to impart their duties towards the community they live in and thereby contributing to liberal thinking and moral values through the powerful tools of media.
We strive to build a younger generation of professionals with intellectual, social, ethical, and spiritual excellence and instill in them the impulse to transform into a versatile and socially committed IT experts and entrepreneurs.
